※You are requested to have asport insurance for compensation damage of the school facility or injury during your practice.
※The sports insurance is 1900yen per year no matter when you have it. It covers until March 31st next year after completing procedures.
※Practice wear recommends arrival at basically course for aikido, but arrival at karate / judo wear is usable, too.

The Keikogi (the uniform for practicing AIKIDO) is recommended.
The Karategi (the uniform for Karate) and Judogi (the uniform for Judo) are also usable.

You can take a trial lesson with a gym suit or a jersey.
